I am an experienced Community Midwife who met Doula Deearna while she supported a woman during her labor whilst having a home water birth.
Deearna had built a special rapport with the family it was evident they had complete trust in her.
Deearna is an excellent model for the Doula/Birth coach of supporting a woman in labour and birth.
During the time Deearna and I spent together at the home birth she did not at anytime give conflicting advice or attempt to take on my role as midwife.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Deearna and I would recommend Deearna to any woman who wished to employ her services for support/guidance for labor and birth.
